This water quality project includes construction of two 1.5 million-gallon temporary water tanks, two 6.5 million-gallon permanent reservoirs, pipelines, valve vaults, control building, historic building rehabilitation, and construction of a 23-acre open-space park for the City of Santa Barbara. Penfield & Smith is providing program management, neighborhood relations, construction administration and construction inspection services for this $22 million project.
