Rancho San Marcos, consistently listed as one of the top 25 golf courses in the nation, is located in the rolling foothills of the Santa Ynez Valley. Penfield & Smith provided final engineering and improvement plans for this 150-acre 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse. This complex project involved topographic mapping, grading, drainage, utility, and fire protection design, along with coordination with Caltrans for all roadway improvements.
