The Penfield & Smith Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Hady Izadpanah has been elected President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Izadpanah has been with Penfield & Smith for 23 years, serving the last 7 years as Chief Operating Officer and the last 10 years as a Board Director. He has successfully completed numerous projects in his role as Principal Engineer and Project Manager, for both public and private clients. Mr. Izadpanah earned a Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana. He is a registered civil engineer in California.

Danny Wynn, our outgoing President and Chief Executive Officer announced his retirement after 35 years of dedicated service, the last 10 years as president and CEO. Mr. Wynn made significant contributions to the firm during his leadership, making P&S the successful firm it is today.

The current Board of Directors consists of Hady Izadpanah, Ron Sickafoose, Peter Nostrand, Dave Rundle, Steve Wang, Gino Filippin and Tom Rowe.
