We are pleased to share the news that an article written by P&S principal engineer Bret Foster, head of our Structural Design department, has recently been published in the September 2009 (Vol 31, No. 9) issue of Concrete International.  The article has also been chosen as the cover feature, "Concrete in Extreme Environments". 

Concrete International is the monthly magazine of the American Concrete Institute, circulated to the most important professionals in the concrete field.
