Penfield & Smith names new President & CEO.
Santa Barbara, California – January 23, 2009 – Hady Izadpanah, Penfield & Smith’s Chief Operating Officer, has been named the company’s new President & CEO. Mr. Izadpanah joined Penfield & Smith in 1986 and has been the company’s COO since 2002 and been a Board of Director member since 1999. The outgoing President, Danny G. Wynn, announced his retirement after 35 years of dedicated service.
Mr. Izadpanah is a Principal Engineer and Project Manager for municipal and private projects. Mr. Izadpanah has his Masters in Science, Civil Engineering, Engineering Systems & Management from the University of Southwestern Louisiana as well as his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Mr. Izadpanah is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and a Registered Civil Engineer in Texas.
Penfield & Smith provides civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, construction management, traffic and transportation engineering, transportation planning, structural engineering, water resources engineering and Geographic Information System services to public agencies and private companies throughout Central and Southern California.
