This high-end retirement community is an award winning $50 million project consisting of 16 separate buildings on 20 acres. The project features 369 living units as well as pool, spa and senior day care facilities. Penfield & Smith was responsible for project management and project engineering of all onsite and offsite grading, utility and surface improvements, as well as one-half mile of street widening and beautification. ALTA mapping, design survey, construction survey, inspection and construction administration were also provided.
