Penfield & Smith provided full service engineering and survey services, from topographic mapping through complete civil design and construction administration. Civil engineering elements consisted of utility relocations and design, structural bridge designs, roadway design, grading and drainage design, in a multi-disciplinary approach. Survey elements included topographic mapping, ALTA Survey preparation and construction staking.
